1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 776ph (the "Platform," "Service," "we," or "us"). By registering for an account, accessing the 776ph website at https://776ph.cam, or using any of our gaming services, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

3. Account Registration and Security

To access gaming services on 776ph, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process and providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Each person is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the 776ph platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or identification documents, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity that occurs through your account, whether authorized by you or not, is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify 776ph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. 776ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 776ph reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided at any time and to request additional documentation to confirm your identity, address, payment method ownership, or other account details. Accounts registered with false, incomplete, or misleading information are subject to immediate suspension or closure, and 776ph may withhold any funds pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

776ph supports various payment methods tailored to the Philippine market, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic wallet services as made available from time to time. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. 776ph does not charge transaction fees for deposits, though your payment provider (bank, e-wallet service, or card issuer) may impose their own fees which are outside 776ph's control. You acknowledge that deposit processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya deposits typically process within 30 seconds to 5 minutes, while bank transfers may require several hours depending on the banking network's processing schedule.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of system error, duplicate transactions, or as otherwise required by law. Once funds are deposited into your 776ph account, they can only be withdrawn subject to the Withdrawal Policy outlined in Section 5. You may not use 776ph as a banking or money transfer service; accounts that show patterns of depositing and immediately withdrawing without gaming activity may be flagged for review and subject to restrictions.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, 776ph permits withdrawal of funds from your account balance to your registered payment method. Withdrawal requests must be for amounts that meet or exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold as specified on the Platform (typically ₱100 PHP minimum). Maximum withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification status and VIP tier, with higher limits available to verified accounts and VIP members in good standing.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification procedures to prevent fraud and money laundering. First-time withdrawals require submission of valid government-issued identification and may require additional documentation to verify your residential address and payment method ownership. 776ph processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, typically within 24 hours for verified accounts, though processing times may extend during peak periods or if additional verification is required.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. If fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other suspicious activity is suspected, 776ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation, which may include requesting additional documentation or reporting the matter to relevant authorities. During investigation periods, account access may be restricted and funds temporarily frozen. If investigation confirms Terms violations, 776ph may terminate the account and forfeit any remaining balance.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

776ph may offer various bonuses, promotions, and rewards programs including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, VIP loyalty rewards, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are provided with each offer and form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus or promotion before accepting it.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses typically require meeting wagering requirements (also called turnover or rollover requirements) before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as multiples (e.g., 35x) indicating how many times the bonus amount, or bonus plus deposit amount, must be wagered in eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less or be excluded entirely. 7. Gaming Rules and Prohibited Activities

All gaming on 776ph must be conducted fairly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms: use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence to place wagers; collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage; exploitation of software vulnerabilities or errors; opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions; fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after funds have been wagered; money laundering or using 776ph for any illegal purpose; and any other activity that compromises the integrity of the Platform or provides unfair advantage.

If 776ph detects or reasonably suspects any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, void all wagers, confiscate winnings, forfeit account balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities. In cases of fraud or illegal activity, 776ph will cooperate fully with law enforcement and may pursue legal action to recover losses. You acknowledge that suspected criminal activity will be reported to Philippine authorities including but not limited to the Philippine National Police, National Bureau of Investigation, or Anti-Money Laundering Council.

Game results on 776ph are determined by certified Random Number Generators that ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. All games undergo regular testing by independent laboratories to verify fairness and randomness. While 776ph cannot guarantee wins or specific outcomes, we guarantee that all games function as designed with published odds and RTP (Return to Player) percentages. If you believe a game malfunction has affected your wager, you must report it to customer support immediately. Failure to report suspected malfunctions within 24 hours may result in inability to investigate or resolve the issue.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 776ph and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if 776ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

776ph is not responsible for: technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions in service; errors or malfunctions in games caused by third-party software providers; losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you failed to maintain account security; seizure or freezing of funds by government authorities; inability to withdraw due to failure to complete identity verification; or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that all games will function perfectly without interruption.

10. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support, subject to completing any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses and settling any outstanding obligations. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy. 776ph may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, abused bonuses, or otherwise misused the Platform.

Upon termination by 776ph for cause, any bonuses will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation of suspected Terms violations. If investigation confirms misconduct, 776ph may permanently forfeit account balances and pursue legal action for damages. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to liability limitations, dispute resolution procedures, and intellectual property rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your relationship with 776ph shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in the English language.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 776ph. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this arbitration agreement and waive any right to trial by jury. Notwithstanding the arbitration provision, 776ph may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or to enforce these Terms.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 776ph's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 776ph regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without 776ph's prior written consent. 776ph may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without restriction. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of these Terms. The English language version of these Terms shall prevail in case of any conflict with translated versions.
